Processing of personal data

In compliance with the RGPD and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you of the following regarding the processing of your personal data as a user of the ARCO VIP Portal:

• Data controller: IFEMA – Feria de Madrid (Q/2873018B).
• Purposes: (i) to manage your account as a user of the ARCO VIP Portal; (ii) to manage the events and activities provided by being a user of the VIP Portal and to which you can sign up voluntarily; and (iii) to send communications electronically about ARCO activities, events and services.
• Legitimation: by consent of the interested party (Article 6.1.a RGPD).
• Recipients: your data may be communicated to companies collaborating with IFEMA for the execution of services (you may consult them at www.ifema.es), to administrative and/or judicial authorities or due to legal imperative. You are informed that your data will not be subject to international transfer to third countries.
• Conservation: The data will be kept as long as the consent on your part is not revoked. Please note that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, especially in the case of communications sent by electronic or equivalent means.
• Rights: to access, rectify, delete, limit or oppose such processing, to request portability and withdraw the consent provided, please write to Avda. del Partenón, 5 (28042) Madrid, or email: "protecciondedatos@ifema.es" indicating on the subject line: "Ejercicio de derechos Portal VIP ARCO” and include your name and National ID (DNI) number.
